การเปิดเผยข้อมูล ให้กระทำได้เฉพาะแก่ผู้ร้องขอรับบริการด้านนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ เท่านั้น ทั้งนี้ ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด เว้นแต่เป็นการเปิดเผย ข้อมูลตามคำสั่งศาลหรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลตามมติของคณะกรรมการเพื่อประโยชน์ในการอำนวยความยุติธรรม
