คณะกรรมการบริหารกองทุนมีวาระอยู่ในตำแหน่งคราวละสามปีนับแต่วันที่ ได้รับแต่งตั้ง และอาจได้รับแต่งตั้งอีกได้แต่ต้องไม่เกินสองวาระติดต่อกัน ให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๗ วรรคสองและวรรคสาม มาตรา ๘ มาตรา ๙ และมาตรา ๑๑ มาใช้บังคับกับคณะกรรมการบริหารกองทุนโดยอนุโลม
