เพื่อประโยชน์เกี่ยวกับการงบประมาณ ให้หัวหน้าหน่วยรับงบประมาณมอบหมาย ผู้บริหารของหน่วยรับงบประมาณคนใดคนหนึ่งรับผิดชอบประสานงานเกี่ยวกับงบประมาณของหน่วยรับ งบประมาณนั้น โดยให้แจ้งสำนักงบประมาณทราบด้วย
