เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๓๔ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๕ มิถุนายน ๒๕๖๗ พระราชกฤษฎีกา ออกตามความในประมวลรัษฎากร ว่าด้วยการยกเว้นรัษฎากร (ฉบับที่ ๗๘๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๗ พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ 4 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖7 เป็นปีที่ 9 ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรยกเว้นภาษีเงินได้ให้แก่บริษัทหรือห้างหุ้นส่วนนิติบุคคล ในบางกรณี อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๗๕ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และมาตรา ๓ (๑) แห่งประมวลรัษฎากร ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลรัษฎากร (ฉบับที่ ๑๐) พ.ศ. ๒๔๙๖ จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาขึ้นไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
