ในกรณีที่มีความจำเป็นต้องจัดให้ได้มาซึ่งที่ดินหรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์ ใดเพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ตามที่กำหนดในแผนผังปรับปรุงเขตเพลิงไหม้ ให้ดำเนินการเวนคืนที่ดินหรือ อสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้นโดยให้นำกฎหมายว่าด้วยการเวนคืนอสังหาริมทรัพย์มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
