ถ้าการกระทำตามมาตรา ๔๗มาตรา ๔๘หรือมาตรา ๔๙เป็นการ กระทำของเจ้าของสื่อโฆษณา หรือผู้ประกอบกิจการโฆษณาผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษเพียงกึ่งหนึ่งของ โทษที่บัญญัติไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้น
