ผู้ใดรับจ้างทำฉลากที่ไม่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายหรือรับจ้างติดตรึง ฉลากที่ไม่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายกับสินค้า โดยรู้หรือควรรู้อยู่แล้วว่าฉลากดังกล่าวนั้นไม่ถูกต้องตาม กฎหมายต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท
