กรณีที่คณะกรรมการควบคุมสถาบันการเงินรายงานว่าสถาบัน การเงินที่ถูกควบคุมไม่อาจดำเนินกิจการต่อไปได้ ให้ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยมีคำสั่งปิดกิจการของ สถาบันการเงินนั้นและให้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาและในสื่อใด ๆตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ธนาคารแห่ง ประเทศไทยประกาศกำหนด เมื่อธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยมีคำสั่งปิดกิจการตามวรรคหนึ่งแล้วให้เสนอรัฐมนตรี เพิกถอนใบอนุญาตของสถาบันการเงินนั้น - -
