Section ๑๔๕

ผู้จัดการ หรือผู้มีอำนาจในการจัดการของสถาบันการเงิน ผู้ใดกระทำการหรือไม่กระทำการเพื่อแสวงหาประโยชน์ที่ิควรได้โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายเพื่อตนเอง หรือผู้อื่นอันเป็นการเสียหายแก่สถาบันการเงิน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่ ห้าแสนบาทถึงหนึ่งล้ นบาท
