ผูใดทำลายคำสั่งของพนักงานเจาหนาที่ที่สั่งการตามมาตรา ๕๖ วรรคสองหรือทำใหคำสั่งดังกล9าวลบเลือนโดยมีเจตนามิใหเจาของพาหนะผูควบคุมพาหนะหรือ ผูที่ออกตั๋ว เอกสารหรือหลักฐานทราบถึงคำสั่งดังกล9าวของพนักงานเจาหนาที่ ตองระวางโทษปรับ ไม9เกินหาพันบาท
