Section ๑๕๕

นายจ้างผู้ใดไม่ยื่นหรือไม่แจ้งแบบแสดงสภาพการจ้าง และ สภาพการทำงานตามมาตรา ๑๑๕/๑และได้รับหนังสือเตือนจากพนักงานตรวจแรงงานแล้วยังไม่ยื่น หรือไม่แจ้งภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับหนังสือเตือน ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท
