ให้นายจ้างจัดให้ลูกจ้างซึ่งเป็นเด็กมีเวลาพักวันหนึ่งไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่ง ชั่วโมงติดต่อกันหลังจากที่ลูกจ้างทำงานมาแล้วไม่เกินสี่ชั่วโมง แต่ในสี่ชั่วโมงนั้นให้ลูกจ้างซึ่งเป็นเด็ก ได้มีเวลาพักตามที่นายจ้างกำหนด
