ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามมาตรา ๘๕ให้กรรมการค่าจ้าง อนุกรรมการ หรือผู้ซึ่งคณะกรรมการค่าจ้างหรือคณะอนุกรรมการมอบหมาย แสดงบัตรประจำตัวหรือหนังสือ มอบหมายแล้วแต่กรณี ต่อบุคคลซึ่งเกี่ยวข้อง บัตรประจำตัวกรรมการค่าจ้างและอนุกรรมการตามวรรคหนึ่งให้เป็นไปตามแบบที่ รัฐมนตรีกำหนด
