ให้นายจ้างปิดประกาศการจัดสวัสดิการตามกฎกระทรวงที่ออกตาม มาตรา ๙๕หรือตามที่มีข้อตกลงกับลู จ้ งให้จัดขึ้นไว้ในที่เปิดเผยเพื่อให้ลูกจ้างได้ทราบ สถานที่ ทำงานของลูกจ้าง
