ในกรณีที่ผลการตรวจสอบเป็นไปดังที่ประสงค์จะตรวจสอบทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน ให้บริษัทรับผิดชดใช้ค่าใช้จ่ายในการตรวจสอบที่บุคคลตามมาตรา ๑๓๔ได้ออกทดรองจ่ายไป
