ในกรณีที่มีการแต่งตั้งผู้ชำระบัญชีหลายคนผู้ชำระบัญชีแต่ละคนจะกระทำการใดๆ โดยลำพังมิได้ เว้นแต่ที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น หรือศาลจะได้กำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นในเวลาแต่งตั้งผู้ชำระบัญชี และ ผู้ชำระบัญชีได้ขอจดทะเบียนไว้แล้วพร้อมกับการขอจดทะเบียนเลิกบริษัท
