ในกรณีที่ไม่มีประธานกรรมการไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใด ให้รองประธานกรรมการเป็น ผู้เรียกประชุมคณะกรรมการ ในกรณีที่ไม่มีรองประธานกรรมการไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใด กรรมการตั้งแต่สองคนขึ้นไป อาจร่วมกันเรียกประชุมคณะกรรมการได้ ๐
