[๒๘] ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนกฎกระทรวงซึ่งออกตามมาตรา ๖ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่น บาท มาตรา ๖๘/๑[๒๙] ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนกฎกระทรวงซึ่งออกตามมาตรา ๖ ในกรณีที่เกี่ยวกับมูลฝอยติดเชื้อ หรือมูลฝอยที่เป็นพิษหรืออันตรายจากชุมชน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท หรือ ทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
