ให้ตลาดหลักทรัพย์หรือบุ คลที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากคณะกรรมการ ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ มีอำนาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลของบริษัทที่มีหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์หรือ บริษัทหลัทรัพย์ท่เป็นสมาชิกของตลาดหลักทรัพย์ ให้แก่ประชาชนทั่วไปได้ทราบเพื่อคุ้ ครอง - - ประโยชน์หรือส่วนได้เสียของประชาชน ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ เงื่อนไขและวิธารที่คณะกรรมการ ตลาดหลักทรัพย์กำหนด
