ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๓๒มาตรา ๓๓หรือมาตรา ๓๔ต้องระวางโทษ จำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับเป็นเงินไม่เกินสองเท่าของราคาขายของหลัทรัพย์ทั้งหมดซึ่งผู้นั้นได้เสนอ ขายแต่ทั้งนี้เงินค่าปรับต้องไม่น้อยกว่าห้าแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
