ผู้จัดการ หรือบุคคลใดซึ่งรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงานของ นิติบุคคลใดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ โดยทุจริต หลอกลวงด้วยการแสดงข้อความอันเป็นเท็จแก่ ประชาชนหรือด้วยการปกปิดความจริงซึ่งควรบอกให้แจ้ แก่ประชาชนและโดยการหลอกลวงดังว่า นั้นได้ไปซึ่งทรัพย์สินจากประชาชนผู้ถูกหลอกลวง หรือบุคคลที่สาม หรือทำให้ประชาชนผู้ถูก หลอกลวงหรือบุคคลที่สามทำถอนหรือทำลายเอกสารสิทธิ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุ ตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่ห้าแสนบาทถึงหนึ่งล้านบาท
