ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดนำรถที่มีล้อหรือส่วนที่สัมผัสกับผิวทางไม่ใช่ยางมาใช้ใน ทางเดินรถเว้นแต่เป็นรถที่ได้รับยกเว้ ตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง หรือเป็นรถที่ ได้ับอนุญาตจาก เจ้าพนักงานจราจร
