๑๖๘๕

ในกรณีที่ผู้ทำพิ ยกรรมได้กำหนดผู้รับพิ ยกรรมไว้โดย คุณสมบัติที่ทราบตัวแน่นอนได้ ถ้ามีบุคคลหลายคนทรงไว้ซึ่งคุณสมบัติที่จะเป็นผู้รับพินัยกรรม ตามที่ผู้ทำพินัยกรรมกำหนดไว้ดั่งนั้นได้ ในกรณีที่มีข้อสงสัยให้ถือว่าทุกคนมีสิทธิที่จะได้รับส่วน ปันเท่าๆ กัน
