อันวันถึงกำหนดของตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น ท่านว่าย่อมเป็นอย่างใดอย่าง หนึ่งดั่งกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ (๑)ในวันใดวันหนึ่งที่กำหนดไว้ หรือ (๒)เมื่อสิ้นระยะเวลาอันกำหนดไว้นับแต่วันที่ลงในตั๋วนั้น หรือ (๓)เมื่อทวงถาม หรือเมื่อได้เห็น หรือ (๔)เมื่อสิ้นระยะเวลาอันกำหนดไว้นับแต่ได้เห็น
