ผู้รับใบสำคัญการขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับตามมาตรา ๔๙ ผู้ใดผลิตหรือนำเข้าตำรับ ยาเสพติดให้โทษหรือตำรับวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ไม่ตรงตามรายการที่ได้ขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับไว้ อันเป็นการฝ่าฝืน มาตรา ๑๐๑ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท
