Section ๑๗

ตุลาการมีวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งเจ็ดปีนับแต่วันที่พระมหากษัตริย์ทรงแต่งตั้ง และให้ดำรงตำแหน่งได้เพียงวาระเดียว ในกรณีที่ตุลาการพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระ ให้ตุลาการที่พ้นจากตำแหน่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไป จนกว่าตุลาการที่แต่งตั้งขึ้นใหม่จะเข้ารับหน้าที่
