เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๕๒ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๒ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๗ กฎกระทรวง การนำผ่านซึ่งวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ทุกประเภท พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๗ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๒๔ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติให้ใช้ประมวลกฎหมาย ยาเสพติด พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ และมาตรา ๑๘ วรรคหนึ่ง มาตรา ๓๕ วรรคสาม มาตรา ๓๗ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๔๑ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งประมวลกฎหมายยาเสพติด รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
