๒๕

ข้อ ๒๕ ให้เจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่นแจ้งเจ้าพนักงานควบคุมมลพิษทราบภายในสิบห้าวัน นับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้งหรืออนุญาต ในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้

(๑) อนุญาตให้โอนกิจการให้บริการบำบัดน้ำเสียตามข้อ ๑๖

(๒) อนุญาตให้ย้ายสถานที่ตั้งระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียตามข้อ ๑๗

(๓) อนุญาตให้เปลี่ยนแปลงระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียตามข้อ ๑๘

(๔) รับแจ้งการแก้ไขหรือซ่อมแซมระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียตามข้อ ๒๐ เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๗๔ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๖ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๗
