เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๓๑ ก หนา้ ๑๑ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๙ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๖ กฎกระทรวง การต่ออายุใบสำคัญการขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับยา พ.ศ. 2566 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๘๖/๒ วรรคห้า แห่งพระราชบัญญัติยา พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๐ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติยา (ฉบับที่ ๖) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ รัฐมนตรีว่าการ กระทรวงสาธารณสุขออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
