เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๖๐ ก หนา้ ๒๖ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๓๐ กันยายน ๒๕๖๕ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดอัตรำเงินสมทบกองทุนประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓ และมาตรา ๔๖ วรรคหนึ่งและวรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงแรงงานออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
