เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๒๙ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๔ เมษายน ๒๕๖๘ กฎกระทรวง การอนุญาตผลิต นำเข้า ส่งออก จำหน่าย หรือมีไว้ในครอบครอง ยาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท ๕ ที่มิใช่สารสกัดจากทุกส่วนของพืชกัญชาหรือกัญชง พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๒๔ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติให้ใช้ประมวล กฎหมายยาเสพติด พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ และมาตรา ๑๘ วรรคหนึ่ง มาตรา ๓๕ วรรคสองและวรรคสาม มาตรา ๓๖ และมาตรา ๓๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งประมวลกฎหมายยาเสพติด รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวง สาธารณสุขออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
