เล่ม ๑๒๘ ตอนที่ ๓๓ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๐ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๕๔ พระราชกฤษฎีกา จัดตั้งสถาบันบริหารจัดการธนาคารที่ดิน (องค์การมหาชน) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ ๓ พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ เป็นปีที่ ๖๖ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้า ฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรจัดตั้งสถาบันบริหารจัดการธนาคารที่ดินขึ้นเป็นองค์การมหาชน ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยองค์การมหาชน อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๘๗ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และมาตรา ๕ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติองค์การมหาชน พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาขึ้นไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
