เล่ม ๑๓๕ ตอนที่ ๔๓ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๒ มิถุนายน ๒๕๖๑ กฎกระทรวง การอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยว พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๑ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ มาตรา ๑๕ วรรคสอง และมาตรา ๒๒/๒ วรรคสาม แห่งพระราชบัญญัติธุรกิจนำเที่ยว และมัคคุเทศก์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
