เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๔๗ ก หนา้ ๕ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๘ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๕ กฎกระทรวง การแบ่งเงินค่าบริการและเงินค่าตอบแทนในอุทยานแห่งชาติ วนอุทยาน สวนพฤกษศาสตร์ หรือสวนรุกขชาติ ให้แก่เทศบาลหรือองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล พ.ศ. 2565 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๓๐ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติอุทยานแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และสิ่งแวดล้อมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
