ข้อ ๑๔ ผู้รับใบอนุญาตต้องดำเนินการส่งเชื้อเพลิงนิวเคลียร์ใช้แล้วทั้งหมดที่มีอยู่ใน สถานประกอบการทางนิวเคลียร์ให้แก่หน่วยงานของรัฐที่ทำหน้าที่เก็บรักษาเชื้อเพลิงนิวเคลียร์ใช้แล้ว ส่งไปจัดการนอกราชอาณาจักร หรือส่งกลับคืนแก่ประเทศผู้ขายหรือผู้ให้เช่าซึ่งเชื้อเพลิงนิวเคลียร์ใช้แล้ว ก่อนการเลิกดำเนินการสถานประกอบการทางนิวเคลียร์จะเสร็จสิ้นลง
