เลม่ ๑๓๗ ตอนที่ ๒๐ ก หนา้ ๑ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๓ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๓ กฎกระทรวง การขอรับการตรวจสอบและรับรอง และการตรวจสอบและรับรอง มาตรฐานสินค้าเกษตร พ.ศ. 2563 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติมาตรฐานสินค้าเกษตร พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ และมาตรา ๒๗ วรรคสอง และมาตรา ๓๑ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติมาตรฐาน สินค้าเกษตร พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติมาตรฐานสินค้าเกษตร (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. 2561 รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
