Section ๔๓

ในกรณีที่เห็นสมควร ให้รัฐมนตรีมีอำนาจประกาศกำหนดให้สถานที่ใดเป็นสถานที่ เพื่อให้การสงเคราะห์บุคคลตามมาตรา ๔๑ และให้สำนักงานคุมประพฤติมีหน้าที่ให้การสนับสนุน การปฏิบัติงานตามความเหมาะสมกับสถานที่ดังกล่าว ทั้งนี้ ตามระเบียบที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนด
