ให้จัดตั้งศาลจังหวัดขึ้นที่อำเภอเชียงคำ จังหวัดพะเยา เรียกว่า “ศาลจังหวัดเชียงคำ” และจะเปิดทำการเมื่อใด ให้ประกาศโดยพระราชกฤษฎีกา เล่ม ๑๒๔ ตอนที่ ๒๖ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๖ มิถุนายน ๒๕๕๐
