ในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตามมาตรา ๖ ให้หน่วยจัดการเรียนรู้มีอำนาจ รับรองคุณวุฒิให้แก่ผู้เรียนเมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษา โดยออกเป็นประกาศนียบัตรหรือวุฒิบัตร หรือ ออกหนังสือรับรองความรู้เพื่อนำไปสะสมในการได้รับการรับรองคุณวุฒิ แล้วแต่กรณี ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขที่อธิบดีกำหนด เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๒๐ ก หนา้ ๖๕ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๙ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๖
