ให้สำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎรมีอำนาจหน้าที่ ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) บริหารกองทุนตามระเบียบและมติของคณะกรรมการ
(๒) รับผิดชอบงานธุรการของคณะกรรมการ
(๓) จัดทำรายงานและการบัญชีของกองทุน
(๔) รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำปีเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการ
(๕) ปฏิบัติการอื่นใดตามที่คณะกรรมการมอบหมาย
