ผู้รับอนุญาตนำคนต่างด้าวมาทำงานกับนายจ้างในประเทศต้องใช้ชื่อ คำแสดงชื่อ หรือคำอื่นใดในการประกอบธุรกิจว่า “บริษัทนำคนต่างด้าวมาทำงานในประเทศ” และจะใช้ถ้อยคำ หรืออักษรต่างประเทศอื่นที่มีความหมายเช่นเดียวกันประกอบด้วยก็ได้ เล่ม ๑๓๓ ตอนที่ ๗๐ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๕ สิงหาคม ๒๕๕๙
