ผู้ใดสนับสนุนการกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๕๗ แม้ว่าการกระทำของตัวการ จะอยู่นอกราชอาณาจักร ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสามปี หรือปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
