บุคคลใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๕มาตรา ๖วรรคหนึ่ง มาตรา ๘วรรคหนึ่ง มาตรา ๘วรรคสอง (๒) หรือ

(๓) มาตรา ๑๑(๒) (๓) (๔) หรือ

(๕) หรือมาตรา ๑๓(๒) ต้องระวางโทษ จำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
