ให้กระทรวงการคลังจัดทำรายงานสถานะหนี้สาธารณะ หนี้ภาครัฐ และ ความเสี่ยงทางการคลัง ในวันสิ้นปีงบประมาณ เสนอต่อคณะรัฐมนตรีและคณะกรรมการเพื่อทราบภายใน หกสิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีงบประมาณ การจัดทำรายงานตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
