ในการประชุมใหญ่ของสถาบันการเงินประชาชน ถ้าสมาชิกมาประชุมไม่ครบ องค์ประชุมและมิใช่การประชุมใหญ่วิสามัญที่สมาชิกร้องขอให้เรียกประชุม ให้นัดประชุมใหญ่อีกครั้งหนึ่ง ภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่นัดประชุมใหญ่ครั้งแรก ในการประชุมครั้งหลังนี้ เมื่อมีสมาชิกมาประชุม ไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งในสี่ของจำนวนสมาชิกทั้งหมด ก็ให้ถือว่าเป็นองค์ประชุม
