Preamble
พระราชบัญญัติ ล้มละลายพุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๓ ในพระปรมาภิไธยสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวอานันทมหิดล คณะผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์ (ตามประกาศประธานสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ลงวันที่ ๔สิงหาคมพุทธศักราช๒๔๘๐) อาทิตย์ทิพอาภา พล.อ. พิชเยนทรโยธิ ตราไว้ ณวันที่ ๓๐ธันวาคมพุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๓ เป็นปีที่ ๗ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน โดยที่สภาผู้แทนราษฎรลงมติว่า สมควรปรับปรุงกฎหมายว่าด้วยลักษณะล้มละลาย เสียใหม่เพื่อให้เหมาะสมแก่กาลสมัยยิ่งขึ้ จึ มีพระบรมราชโองการให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคำแนะนำและยินยอมของ สภาผู้แทนราษฎรดังต่อไปนี้
