Section ๕๖

ใบอนุญาตที่ได้ออกให้ตามความในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ จะโอนได้ต่อเมื่อ ได้รับอนุญาตจากพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ถ้าผู้รับอนุญาตตายทายาทหรือผู้จัดการมรดกจะทำการแทนตามใบอนุญาตนั้น ต่อไปก็ได้ แต่ต้องไม่เกินเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันผู้รับอนุญาตตาย และถ้าทายาทหรือผู้จัดการมรดก ประสงค์จะทำการแทนต่อไปอีก ต้องยื่นคำขออนุญาตก่อนกำหนดเวลาที่กล่าวแล้วได้สิ้นสุดลง
