ในกรณี๔ ที่ผู้ถือหุ้นเรียกประชุมเองตามมาตรา ๑๐๐วรรคสองผู้ถือหุ้นที่เรียกประชุม อาจจัดส่งหนังสือนัดประชุมไปยังผู้ถือหุ้นโดยวิธีการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ก็ได้ หากผู้ถือหุ้นนั้นได้แจ้งความประสงค์ หรือให้ความยินยอมไว้แก่บริษัทหรือคณะกรรมการตามที่กำหนดไว้ในมาตรา ๗/๑แล้ว
