ในกรณีที่บริษัทยังมิได้รับชำระเงินค่าหุ้นเต็มจำนวนทุนที่จดทะเบียนไว้ บริษัทต้องแสดง ให้ชัดเจนว่ามีทุนและจำนวนหุ้นจดทะเบียนเท่าใด หุ้นที่ออกจำหน่ายและได้รับชำระแล้วคิดเป็นเงินเท่าใด ในเอกสารของบริษัทดังต่อไปนี้

(๑) งบดุล

(๒) เอกสารอื่นที่มีการแสดงฐานะการเงิน
