ผู้ชำระบัญชีต้องส่งสำเนางบดุลและบัญชีกำไรขาดทุนที่ที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นได้อนุมัติ แล้ว พร้อมด้วยสำเนารายงานการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นที่อนุมัติงบดุลและบัญชีกำไรขาดทุนนั้นให้นายทะเบียน ภา ย ใน สิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่ที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นอนุมัติ
